Ardentiella sp “Scarlet” is a truly breath-taking isopod species, renowned for its intense, fiery coloration and dramatic contrast. Deep red, scarlet striping blazes, with yellow highlights, across a dark body, while jet-black legs and undersides heighten its bold appearance. They are a large species, active, and love to climb.
Scarlet is a selectively bred morph developed from Ardentiella sp "Tricolor", with breeders selecting generation after generation for increasingly vivid red colouration.
