Invertebrates are among the planet’s most diverse and fascinating creatures, and through Xoticbugs I share my passion while helping others discover the joy of keeping them.

As part of our shipping policy, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee when you select the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm option. On rare occasions, despite our best efforts, an invertebrate may arrive dead on arrival. In such cases, we will provide either a refund or a replacement. CAPTIVE-BRED PROMISE

All invertebrates we sell are captive-bred in the UK and are guaranteed to be healthy and thriving before sale. We take the utmost care to ensure they are feeding well and in excellent condition prior to dispatch. In the event that a wild-caught (WC) invertebrate is offered, it will be clearly stated in the product listing.
