Cubaris sp "Frosty Jupiter"
A striking albino morph of the popular Cubaris sp “Jupiter”, Cubaris sp “Frosty Jupiter” replaces the original’s dark patterning with a luminous blend of milky yellow, pale cream and translucent white. Rather than appearing plain white, the reduced pigmentation produces a warm, almost custard-coloured body framed by frosted margins, while the eyes are completely white and can appear almost invisible. Despite sharing the same lineage, "Frosty Jupiters" can appear surprisingly broad and large versus the standard form.
"Frosty Jupiter" is not simply a white version of "Jupiter": its albino mutation produces creamy yellow highlights, giving it a warm, frosted, ghostly appearance rather than the flat white colouration seen in many other albino isopods
