Sapphire Cockroach (Eucorydia yasumatsui) Nymphs

Eucorydia yasumatsui, commonly known as the Sapphire Cockroach, is one of the most visually striking cockroach species in the hobby. Native to Southeast Asia, this species is highly sought after for its metallic blue and black coloration, with adults developing vibrant iridescent markings that resemble polished sapphire.

These nymphs are captive-bred, healthy, and feeding well. As they mature, they will gradually develop the stunning colouration. Sapphire Cockroaches are straightforward to care for and are suitable for both beginners and experienced keepers looking to add a unique species to their collection.

• Size: Mixed nymph sizes
• Foodplant: Fresh fruits and vegetables, fish flakes, leaf litter, rotting wood
• Temperature: 22–28 °C
• Humidity: 60–80%
• Enclosure: 3L Braplast tub or larger. For growing colonies 5L and 11L tubs may be more suitable

Nymphs are carefully packed in a ventilated container with suitable packaging and insulation where required to ensure safe transit.
